1) International Orders from NON-ESTABLISHED accounts MUST be accompanied by a COPY of your LAST MONTHLY STATEMENT. Please scan and send as an attachment to an email to us. The copy must clearly show your name, account number, address and MUST match your order. We will not process orders for International customers without this information. If you are a prior customer, we do not need this information again. Each order is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
American Express Cardholders are exempt from this requirement.

You may also FAX your Monthly Statement to us. Please contact us for the phone number.
Please Note: Enter the US country prefix plus the number provided then push the Start or Send button on your fax machine. DO NOT dial the number and wait for our machine to answer before pressing Start or Send, or you will get an answering machine.

If you are a United States cardholder, YOU MUST contact your credit card company and supply them with the address you want the order shipped to. We require the bank phone number (on the back of your card) to be entered into the "Special Instructions" block on the order form.
We will contact the issuer to verify your information before your order is processed.

2) MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT - ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
There is a MINIMUM ORDER amount, before shipping, of $35.00 for All International orders. Orders below the minimum will be declined from processing. The rising costs of processing shipments and our increased risk has required this policy change.

3) International orders are shipped by Air Parcel Post, International Express Mail, UPS Air or FedEx International Express services ONLY and does include all U.S. Possessions. APO / FPO can ship US Priority Mail. You may specify a shipper, but the final decision is ours. Please indicate on the order form your shipping preference. Please contact us via email for a shipping method and price quote. Orders using International Money Orders or Wire Transfer must first get a shipping cost quote before sending any monies. We try our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum by comparing all methods available. We generally mark the export documents as "plastic novelties" or "plastic toys" and "Gift" wherever possible. This usually reduces problems with Customs. If you are aware of a specific problem in receiving these items, please contact us when you place your order.

4) All videos are received from our suppliers in VHS / NTSC format. Many areas outside the US do not support this format. If you have a VHS video cassette player that will play NTSC format then you won't have any problems with our videos. If you are unsure if your VCR will handle NTSC, please check your owners manual prior to ordering our videos. We do not sell videos in other formats, nor are we able to convert them to the format you may need. 

5) At times, removing the goods from their packaging can save substantial shipping costs. If you want this done, please indicate this in the order form. Large items that need a box greater than 12" x 12" x 12" will be subject to "dimensional weight" charges. Example: A large doll, by itself without it's packaging weighs 9 pounds and fits in a 12" x 12" x 10" box. Cost to ship to Germany is around $86. In it's packaging, it only fits in a 12" x 12" x 18" box. Even though it only weighs 9 pounds, it is charged as a 16 pound shipment and will cost $115 to ship.

6) UPS or FedEx shipments ONLY: We may have UPS or FedEx charge your Credit Card directly for Shipping and any Duty or VAT that may be incurred. The reason for this is that it cuts a lot of paperwork out of the billing process, and you get your package delivered without having to pay for any Duty or VAT at the time of delivery. If charges for Duty or VAT are assessed, please be aware that it may take 4 to 6 weeks for Customs to bill UPS or FedEx, who will then bill your Credit Card. In the event that either carrier refuses to bill your card directly, we may be assessed the charges, which we will charge your card for directly.

7) International shipments may require additional paperwork and handling depending on the destination country. International shipments that require additional documentation for Customs, may be subject to charges arising from the amount of time to necessary to complete the documentation.

9) NO CREDIT or REFUND on confiscated, lost, misplaced, misrouted, and/or delayed shipments !
You assume all risk regarding your order.
We are not responsible for and will not be held liable for any foreign delivery services failure to deliver your order to you. If the package is intercepted by Customs and the items are not permitted in your country, ONLY if they return the package to us with all items in good condition will we issue a credit less the shipping fees.

10) Current laws prohibit the shipment of Pornographic VIDEOS to any of these countries:

Bulgaria, China, Cuba, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Fiji Islands, Formosa, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Kenya, North or South Korea, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Nigeria, Okinawa, Pakistan, The Philippines, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, St. Lucia, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, The United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland), or Venezuela.

The list above is to the best of our knowledge. It is not meant to be a comprehensive and complete list. Other countries may impose, at will, restrictions on importation of any and all "Adult" items.
